Acerca de los Estereotipos la Racomendación No. 27 de la CEDAW refiere lo siguinte:

Los Estados partes tienen la obligación de eliminar los estereotipos negativos y modificar los patrones de conducta sociales y culturales que son perjudiciales y dañinos para las mujeres de edad, a fin de reducir los abusos físicos, sexuales, psicológicos, verbales y económicos que experimentan dichas mujeres, especialmente las afectadas por discapacidad, a causa de estereotipos y prácticas culturales negativos.

Creo que esta parte esta muy bien elaborada sobre todo para las mujeres de edad y brindar un mayor acceso a la vida pública y respeto a la integridad y sus derechos humanos, también ampliando la tolerancia e incluitiva en temas laborales y el empoderamiento de las mujeres
